Situated just out of the centre of town The Local House offers privacy and luxury with a leafy outlook.

The Local House is spacious with one master bedroom and a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ lounge area with a fold out sofa bed. Perfectly suited to couples, friends or small families the Local House is the perfect base while you explore our amazing town.

Luxurious linens, feather quilts & herbal teas are just a few of the comforts provided.
The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine (with complimentary pods), gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, blender, kettle & toaster.
The light filled bathroom features a waterfall shower, fluffy bath towels and Aspar Botanical Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash.
The Local House has complimentary WiFi, TV with netflix & a blue tooth speaker.
There is a front deck area with a daybed, providing the perfect place to read a book, have an afternoon nap or even a cocktail.
Dolphins beach is an easy 10 minute walk away or a few minutes on the bikes.
The Local House sleeps a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.
A portable cot and highchair are available upon request.
The studio is well sound proofed and completely separate to the main house however we do ask guests to please be respectful of the family in the main house and our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
